if(name)..(exixts)

} the file can be opened

4.if(!name)...(not exixts)

} the file cant b opened

5. a for loop ques does not print array...condition not satisfied
a[10]={10,14,18,20}

6.another for loop ques prints correctly...condition satisfied

7.main()

the function does not work.
